And then what I discover every single time, and I'm going to say it here so I don't forget it, is it never hurts me.
And it always helps me to let it come and to just allow it to be here, give it some space.

And I would say, coming back to the teenage kid thing, You know, what a gift it is to be able to offer our children trust.
Like, I see you and I trust you as a whole individual are gonna go have your existence just the way you're meant to.
That's really kind of what they're looking for as they become, uh, more closer to adulthood.
And our reckoning with that is just so, so many trailheads in that around our own, our own parts, our own rooms.
