I think if there was one specific thing to just stop chasing, especially as a woman who's very much in the social media space, which I think most of us are in this day and age, it would be an image.

And I really have spoken quite openly about, you know, I've birthed two children.

But I've always felt this immense pressure to look a certain way, especially, you know, there is a lot of what I share that's very much in the public eye.

And I really feel that it's important to be more concerned about how you feel in your body than how you look.

And I genuinely think that if more people felt like it was more important to put more work on the inside of your body, your mind, your heart, your soul, your gut, put more effort into that.

We would be in a far better place, but there's just so many people chasing image.

And even to, you know, the first point of this conversation about sharing the losses and not always the, the wins and the victories.

I think people are so quick to, and keen to share those, the victories, the wins, that we're losing a lot of what lessons have you learned on the way? And what can other people take from the lessons that, you know, the losses that you've had? What can other people take as lessons in their own? lives.

And I think that's what's beautiful about this space and this podcast as well.

Very practical because I'm not someone who's got tons of time to implement X, Y, and Z.

Give me the SaltX salt with like the vinegar and the apple cider vinegar and the lemon, you know, at the beginning of the day, I can do that.

And so, yeah, I just think it's a great space to have open and honest conversations.

So what I'm hearing you saying there, which is a lovely statement, when people chase image, it's what they think.
