It's almost September dear listener! In this deeply personal episode, Sarah opens up about the heartbreak and change she's currently navigating and how it connects to September's central theme…
Sarah Faith GottesdienerHostA corrective experience is a healthier version of an experience that previously might have been chaotic and unhealthy.

You do have to create moments of peace, flow, beauty, intimacy, and connection.
You do have to find the places that feel tender, challenging, or downright chaotic and create the corrective experiences you need.

You will end the month with proof that things can change because, of course, they can.
Convince yourself that things can be different by doing things differently.

I'm kind of a work things outter kind of person, but I also understand when other people don't have that same inclination as I do.
And so when I was sitting down to record this, I really felt conflicted about being real and reading that part of the intro because it just felt like I was an imposter.

Essentially, all of the best parts of my life really were with this person and, and honestly because of this person.
