Anything you see me doing in public, this podcast, of course, I use my intuition, and today I'm gonna take you through the different processes of how I create.
There's some intuitive, subconscious, subliminal, I hate the word hacks, but that's just what came up, and there's some neuroscience in there.

Hopefully, this episode will inspire and delight you, have you thinking about your own creative process and practice.
Life is also a creative process, so some of the things I suggest in today's episode might be able to work for you in your life, so don't just turn it off because you're like, "Well, I'm not a creative.
One is getting comfortable with the closed loop framework, which I teach about in Clear Channels, and I have a whole episode on.
Real ones know the real one is knowing thyself and knowing what you need now.
If you are burnt out and exhausted, you're gonna need something different than if you're super stoked on creating, and you have all this energy and all these resources, right? And knowing yourself also means thinking about what you want to create, what you want to explore, what kind of life you want to live, what you want to refine, get better at, thinking about how you want to feel, thinking about how you want to serve, and what would be fun for you.
You don't always have to know the bigger picture So if that's what's stopping you, I'm giving you permission to just wipe that, just clear that off the table, wipe it from your mind.
Every year I'm like, "How am I gonna streamline?" And also, I know myself, and right now, personally, I have to unravel a little bit more.
