What are things that you would have people think about that would be helpful given that it feels like we're more susceptible to storms and flooding and hurricanes and all those things.

If you don't have a good eaves trough system that is not taking the water away from your house, that is going to be key.

Who knows if that'll actually happen, but we know that there's going to be unseasonable moisture, which means lots of downpours, dried out periods in between, more rain.

taking the water away and handling the water is very important for homeowners.

I'm also starting to see more interest again in vegetable gardening in the backyard.

So people are really getting squeezed financially when it comes to grocery store purchases.

So having a backyard vegetable garden, something that people can play in or envision that that's where they're going to grow food, huge returns as well.

Well, that's sort of the fantasy, the dream that a lot of people have is the ability to buy a home where they can grow food, grow produce for their family.
