We're going to talk about specifically launch pricing today and how you can optimize and maximize your launch revenue because the difference between a profitable launch and an unprofitable launch is pricing.
You can have a perfectly priced offer, but if you're not feeling the pricing, if you're not 100% confident in that pricing, you're going to struggle to sell at that price and your strategy will fall flat.
So that's why it's so important if you're planning a launch, if you're preparing for a launch to really nail down your pricing strategy and to get really, really comfortable.
It's like the first thing that I do with clients when we're working on their launch is get super clarity with their pricing because it really determines everything.
It determines how you're going to position your your offer but also your launch event the structure of everything is determined by the pricing so it's really pricing is so much more than just slapping a number on a sales page it really has to do with the whole launch and it's the first thing you need to determine when you start planning your launch and even if you're in the late stages and you're about to launch you can always tweak and adjust your pricing.
And now the first thing I want to stress is that I believe in authentic, consensual marketing, not psychological manipulation and deception, not fake scarcity and bro marketing pricing strategies.
So I, and which is why if you're new to me, you're going to see a lot of emphasis on how how to create strategies, business strategies that feel really aligned with you and are not just, oh, this is what I should do because, you know, my online mentor told me that I need to do it this way, even though it doesn't feel right.
the feeling right part is really, really important, right? And with pricing especially, because if you say you're raising the price, raise the price, don't pretend, right? There's a lot of pretending and baloney out there that is being taught and you don't have to be a part of that.
You can and you should have integrity in your business and your marketing and it's actually so much easier to do it that way.
And sometimes we get scared and we think lying or being dishonest is easier or we're being told to do something a certain way, even if it doesn't feel right or our intuition is telling us that it's not how we operate.
But the thing is that it always complicates things, right? So be real and simplify, simplify, simplify.
Now, if you haven't yet, I want you to go back and listen to episode seven, how to price and position your digital course in an offer stack.
That is a fantastic episode to understand my pricing philosophy and pricing strategies when it comes to looking at pricing in your business and for your offers overall, right? Then you can come back and dive into launch pricing specifically.
