Ep 243: From Self-Doubt to Abundance: Believe You Deserve It
There were people talking about, Brendan Burchard was talking about much more practical things about business and getting things done.
And the last speaker was actually Susie Orman, who I thought, well, what is she doing here? She didn't seem...
Turns out she and Louise were great friends and she also worked with Hay House Publishing to put together a lot of reasonable tools for people to use for estate planning and organizing your finances and wills and trusts and all that kind of stuff that's very confusing.
and um so i didn't know about that but you can go to hay house and um you know but check that out apparently she's got all kinds of wonderful tools for organizing uh your life and so that were put together with susie orman who everybody knows so i wanted to um just Her biggest thing, and I wish I had her book in front of me.
But it really, I use it all the time when I have some kind of an illness or something.
And she makes the connection between your emotions and your physical health.
So if you have some emotional things going on, that will affect your physical health.
So you're having neck problems and she'll tell you sort of what the emotional issue with that could be and then she'll give you affirmations to say and throughout the book the affirmations are different but they all sort of circle around the idea of self love.
So this was a long way of getting to my point, which is self love is incredibly important to your relationship with money.
It's another thing to understand that relationship you have with money, if you're pushing it away, if you don't love yourself enough to actually receive that money.
What does that even mean? We all love ourselves when things are going great or we just had a big accomplishment or we, you know, we love ourselves a lot at certain times, but we need to kind of love ourselves all the time, even when we screw up, even when we have a failure, even when we do something wrong.
All of that is really energetically important to our ability to invite abundance into our life to put it you know simply um and if you want to go deeper into this she's your gal uh all of her books will will help you uh to get more to this point wayne dyer same thing a lot of talk about self-love and being good enough just as you are without the accomplishments i mean the accomplishments are great the things you do the goals you reach those are all wonderful they do make you feel great and frankly they they lead you places that you want to go, but you need to be able to really love yourself regardless.
And, you know, you might think, well, what does that have to do with money? It has kind of everything to do with money.
