To be able to survive in business, I think, for 16 years, you make a lot of sacrifice.

Yeah, and I think you just like – there's a lot of things that you say no to, especially in those first five years where you're setting the business up.

So really it was just me at home with my dog, you know, so I didn't have a lot of – you know, other responsibilities.

So I could just throw myself into work and I absolutely workaholic for sure because I love it.

Um, but I think that comes to a point where for me, I got really sick of working kind of, you know, 20 hour days, not getting much sleep.

Um, and so I think I had a really good friend at the time was like, you're pushing yourself to the absolute limits.

Um, at what cost? Like, at what cost are you going to do this to your body? And I think probably everyone at business at some point has that kind of moment where it's like, something has to change.

Like, yes, for the first five or whatever years that you can, you have to do it to, you know, reach a certain level of success.

But yeah, I think at some point, every business owner or founder that I've spoken to has that.

For me, it was, ending up at Epworth Hospital and staying in there for two weeks because I had terrible pneumonia.
