So if you did not know, I do a series every single year, and this is my annual series, which is dedicated to talking about all things labor and birth.

And we discuss everything like it's really like two mamas sitting down and telling everything good, bad, the crazy, the funny, all of it.

So if you've ever just wanted to pick someone's brain or just ask them all of the like real questions about what really took place when you gave birth during the labor, on the way to the hospital, honey, everything.

This is the moment you truly get to really go along that journey with someone that you may have never even spoke to or met.

What I really love about it is it's honestly like this deep connection and sisterhood that's created in that moment.

And it's amazing because we get to connect about something that we're all experiencing, but also be completely different all at the same time.

And I feel like that is so awesome because at times when people talk about motherhood, they automatically at times just kind of lump us in this you know, same experience, same everything.

We are truly individuals experiencing something that is amazing, but in a totally different way because it's personalized to us, right? So it's pretty cool to sit down and talk to another mom and talk about something that you've experienced, but the experience is like day and night So I love these conversations because they're so much fun, they're chill, and it's just a good time.
