No one's ever brought me on a podcast to specifically discuss this.

So kudos to you because this is so important.

You said 50% of surgical procedures are done by non-board certified plastic surgeons.

So when you graduate medical school, and this is because of a law that was enacted I think in the 1600s, you are a licensed physician and surgeon.

So you're legally allowed to do any operation, even the ones you have zero training in.

That's a very important question to ask your plastic surgeon, "Can you do this procedure in a hospital? Will they let you?" 50% of plastic surgery's done by what are called cosmetic surgeons with no formal training in plastic surgery.

There was one in LA who got in major trouble.

He was the busiest liposuction surgeon in Los Angeles, and he was a-

At what point do you say, "Hey, something's wrong.

I need to call the clinic"?

That's an incredibly important point.

You need to be educated when you're having plastic surgery to know that complications can occur, and which ones are the most common, and what to look for.

Because they're glossed over because we want you to sign up for the surgery.
