Most recently, I'm adding and recruiting on everything else, right? I have 50 million things.

I've gotten so much better at laser focusing out everything else and focus on what matters and just tuning out everything.

I was getting sucked into emails and reactionary stuff and problems and giving out leads, but that didn't matter because I needed to double down on the recruiting piece, right? So this happens on the listing side.

So what's by far the biggest challenge you guys see with this? Commitment, 100%, right? Commitment to what? So I've noticed two things in this long time.

One, commitment to actually build it, which is take the time to do what? Take the hour to build my perfect time block no matter what my perfect schedule.

But what happens, people will waste hundreds and hundreds of hours instead of spending one hour to fix it forever.

Now, what's a story that people use who are average that they don't want to do a calendar? I'm too busy.

Especially in sales, whatever it is, it's just what it is, right? Now, all the money's made opening doors.

If that was the case, everybody would make money, right? The money's made in what? The follow-up, which is what most people avoid doing, which is why it's so hard to make money for them, but you make a lot of money if you actually do it.
