But it's not until you eat the ugly frog first to do it.

Over the years, you have to have some very tough conversations with clients, right? What happens if you just drag it out and avoid it? It gets worse.

And even if it was as bad as you think it was, it doesn't really affect you that much after time.

Other times you can't, but you have to address it early on before that zombie becomes too close.

Does that make sense? But for us, most of the time, the ogre frog is always going to be what? Prospect, prospect.

Same thing on the seller side, okay? I've got to get face-to-face with them, which makes a massive difference.
