Joe PetrovicGuestTrevor MountcastleHostI, I, I got to fly it, uh, I don't know, maybe, maybe 10, thir- uh, 13 years ago, I think, and I just randomly found one seat in, uh, in first class out of Chicago, and I found two seats for my wife and my mother-in-law in business class, and I feel like I've never seen it since.

You know, they actually release two business and two first every, every day, 355 days in advance.

And, uh, of course, you know, if you don't have ANA miles or something that opens, and if they, assuming that they open it to partners as well, that's been one of the issues.

I think we'll get into some of the tough things that are, but that's just an issue right now is, uh, them actually opening to partners.

I think, you know, when I first jumped into this space many years ago, well after you guys had been into it for a while, uh, these things were pretty reliable as far as availability.

They weren't, like, the greatest availability, but they were there, and they were there on partners.

And these days, I think partners, uh, partner awards are getting harder to find.

I helped a friend, um, recently book two business and two first for him, his kids, and his wife, and, uh, effectively what we had to do, I mean, jump on the second that it opened.

They, we actually didn't get them right away, but we were, we, we waitlisted, and apparently whoever got before us, um, um, lo- dropped 'em or decided not to keep 'em or something.

Uh, so we got him all four, but it's a tough process to get these at open and then throughout the, you know, throughout the year up to departure.
