What I noticed, so the same thing kept happening with women as I worked with them.

And we find the programming and we find the patterns and, oh, my gosh, Jo, the stories.

And the stories and the confirmation bias that people are and the stories that they're wedded to that they don't realize are actually not true.

those stories and that conditioning and programming, once we find that, What happens is when we shine a torch on that, it loosens its grip on us.

And what happens is like a lotus leaf, it's like from under there what comes up is what I've termed our style essences, or I'll call them essences.

I like to call them like our soul, our spirit, the essence of who we are, who we truly are under all the programming.

And there are three creative characteristics that are totally attuned and aligned to who we really are.

And when we put those into our outfits, it's like we become coherent between who we are on the inside and who we are on the outside.

All of a sudden they go, oh, my God, I have never felt so at home in my body ever before.

And it's like they come home to themselves because there's nothing that they're fighting anymore.
