Um, so I feel like we reference this pretty frequently, but this is just, we see a lot of different fitness fads come and go, and, you know, you'll have a lot of chatter on social media about, "Oh, here's the new thing, and it's, it's gonna-- it's remarkable, and it's gonna change everything, and everyone should do it." And then what we usually find out is either it doesn't work or it works okay for some people some of the time.

Well, so we talk about this a lot 'cause people ask us about different modalities or about different research articles.

And so we, you know, we talked about, in the last couple of episodes, we talked about applying research to the N of one and things.

This is kind of a similar idea of how do you weed out fad versus, uh, uh, fact versus fiction? How do you r- weed out fad, uh, versus an actual, sustainable, usable tool in, in healthcare and fitness?

And so there are definitely some things that come in and out of vogue, but that are, are actually quite useful.

And then there are things that there's a reason why they only stick around for a little bit.
