I want you to think about growing without burning out, because it's really important.
We still need to grow our business, but how are we structuring it? What systems are we using? A week ago, we talked about the retention conversation framework.
And are we using any of those phrases or phrases that you've redesigned because the phrase that I create won't necessarily suit you.
But if you've started to use those phrases and use those ideas and thoughts, then you're probably well ahead of many others in that profession, aren't you? In these nudges, I do like to give you some questions to ask yourself.
I think it's really important that these are just thought processes for everybody rather than you might sit down and do the work on them.
I don't know what you all like and what you do, but we did talk about discussing.
What did you do today? What do you watch for when they come back? These are the things, these are our questions that we need to make sure we're asking so that we can break away from perfectionism, so that we can look at the whole system as a completeness rather than all the individual aspects so that things are smooth, so that things flow from one to the next, so that you feel natural, you don't feel scripted, so that you've got the flow that you need when you're in clinic.
