Our first question is, do you have any tips for dealing with busyness? I almost read business.

How do you surf when there are waves coming toward me from all different directions? Go back to your why and make sure that all the things on your plate that are making you busy feel aligned with you in some way, right? Whether it's making you money, it's advancing your creative career, it's making you faster and you wanna go to the Olympics.

One of my musts is to take a bath most nights with Epsom salt before bed because I know I will burn out.

then you need to know your musts or your needs based on the priorities you have and answer to your busyness in the order that you deem aligned with your priority list because you can't accomplish 100% of the tasks on your to-do list every day.

And so knowing the needs of your actual dreams that you're chasing means knowing which one is your priority.

When you're really, really, really busy, it sounds like there's a million things probably going on, because that's what it is to be busy.

There is... whether you accept it or not, a little bit of space between tasks, whether you're literally driving from one to the next or you're changing your clothes to go from work to your run, during those times between the work that you're doing that causes you to be busy, you need to turn off the intensity and be vibing at like a much lower, calmer, chiller vibration that brings your nervous system like back down to neutral.

And there's ways to do that, right? Like I have music playlists I listen to in the car if I'm going from my really intense workout back home where I want to be present with my boyfriend and my dog, right? So music can really help.

Um, and mostly you just need to remind yourself when you're in the task you're in, be where your feet are.

And then when you're in between, you need to remind yourself that you're none of those things.

So when you're a really busy person, there's still time when you're just not any of the tasks.
