a whole lot of challenges in relationships, those are turned against us, and they're like, they don't believe when we, like, open up and share some of the issues that we're dealing with as men.
And I think those are something that needs to be addressed, too, because, you know, a lot of men I've seen, they're just not happy in their relationship.
There's so much, like, there's emotional abuse, control, but then... no one listens to such situations because they're like, oh, well, they're men, so they can handle it.
You know, they're strong enough.
Well, like, it's not always about the physical part.
So, I mean, it goes a whole lot more beyond that.
Yeah, I mean, it's interesting because, you know, statistically speaking, women are more physically abused.
But like you said, you know, there's so much emotional abuse and verbal abuse that men receive.
And what's so interesting is that there's actually no evidence that physical abuse is more traumatizing than emotional or verbal abuse.
There's actually no evidence.
And, you know, we tend to take more physical abuse more seriously.
But at the end of the day, like one is actually not more traumatizing than the other.
And a lot of men don't report when we're emotionally abused or even physically abused.
You know, when our girlfriends hit us or slap us, we don't report that.
So that's you know, that's something a lot of women forget about.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
Yeah.
And that's something that also really, you know, something that needs to be addressed because, you know, speaking up for ourselves, it's not, you know, yeah, it shouldn't be considered like as weak.
You know, I feel like we all have the right to be able to, you know, address what things that, you know, that are concerning to us that, you know, that need help.
uh that needs addressed because at the end of the day like a problem is a problem and a problem not handled immediately just leads to more problems and of course those leads to a lot of other things anxiety depression and i mean it just it just goes it just goes worse it just gets worse from there you know
Yeah, it's like a snowball, right? It just keeps building and building.
So this is actually a good segue into our next topic, which is healing.
This is a topic that you chose.
So tell us, what are your thoughts on healing?
