But one thing you mentioned, when you say that you tried almost every single addiction there, the feeling around it.
The addiction, like, is there kind of an underlying thing or is each addiction? Yeah,
we can talk about each one.
So alcohol is definitely an escape.
If you have bad thoughts about yourself, it'll definitely quiet the noise.
That's usually the fastest.
You want to do things like harder drugs.
Cocaine will make you feel alive when you don't feel.
I think a lot of people don't feel and they have to, you know, you end up mixing both of them.
You do both of them.
And gambling is an escape.
It's not about the money at a certain point.
If you know a gambler that will sit like a gambling machine and they'll win big, but they'll lose all that money is because they're not there for the money.
They're there for the feeling they get when you hit that dopamine rush when you hit a jackpot.
But the escape being in a different reality than the one you're living in, you're just like eating food.
Food's the same thing.
When you have feelings and stuff on your mind and you can't express them, you try to suppress them.
And food, alcohol, drugs, it all comes back to suppression.
And that's a big problem we have for men.
And that's why I'm here.
I was gone from social media for 15 years.
I went through a lot of battles and I danced with the devil a lot.
