I mean, and it's, it's the thing that bugs me is a lot of times.
And whenever somebody, whenever you hear about somebody committing suicide, especially if it's like a celebrity, people will be like, well, I'm always here if you want to talk.
And what you just described is, is the depths of the pain and the shame and just the heaviness of what we feel.
And in many cases, we weren't taught how to actually communicate this stuff.
We bottle it up.
And then it leads to it leads to explosive anger.
It leads to very isolating behavior.
And you mentioned things during the pandemic, which I think was just adding fuel to the fire.
And I mean, everything you described.
Like that there's there's a lot of guys listening to this and they're like, I've absolutely been there.
Right.
And it's it's hard to reach out because one, you don't know what the first step is going to be.
I think it's it's wonderful that.
you're getting, you're working with a therapist and it sounds like you're building that, that rapport.
