I've been talking with a lot of my therapy clients and even friends recently about suicidal ideation.

basically that occurs when we're feeling like we don't want to keep living and thinking like, Oh, life would just be so much better if I didn't wake up tomorrow.

And a lot of times we feel so ashamed for feeling that way that we hold it inside of us and judge ourselves for thinking that way and feeling that way.
I felt like this,

And like, just to know that most autistics experience that at some point, our brains are so hyper-connected that we can easily fall into these emotional spirals.

And I really just want to validate that for other people and to affirm, like, you're not alone in that.

And yeah, It really does help to air it out and talk about it and normalize it.

I think admitting we're having them can also kind of encourage us to seek out some kind of support, whether that be, you know, talking to a friend or talking to a
therapist or just really connecting with someone about it.
