Once you get your diagnosis, don't be surprised if you have a lot of feelings, maybe more than you were expecting.
That's totally okay, and very, very expected and normal because first of all, you're autistic, so big change is difficult for your brain.
And even though you've always been autistic, you haven't always had the label of autistic, and so that is a big change, embracing that and accepting that.
