ML Meditation🌙The Special Sleepover Celebration

Close your eyes and imagine yourself in front of a big door.

On the door, there's a sign that says, welcome to my special calm sleepover.

You wonder, Who's having a sleepover here? You notice there's a little mailbox and there's a letter.

But very strangely, your name's on the top of it.

So you decide to open it.

You open the letter and it says, you are invited to Jen's special calming sleepover.

So you knock on the door.

Then Jem opens the door.

She looks very kind.

She has light brown curly hair and beautiful green eyes.

She says, Welcome to my sleepover.

Come in.

You come in to see a living room.

But it's not just any living room.

There's a special willow tree dangling in the corner that crystals are growing off of.

and there's a little door, a tiny door at the bottom of it.

The couch is made out of clouds and there's a warm fireplace there.

You also see a table full of calming snacks like wonderful fresh oranges and special types of tea.

You look around the house a little bit longer You admire how beautiful it is.

You see a colorful kitchen where a pot of soup is boiling.

You see a bedroom where there's so many crystals and special bowls.

You wonder to yourself, is that what I heard in the sound healing episode? You ask Jen, what do those do? She brings you into the room and shows you that they make beautiful healing music.

Can you imagine what they would sound like to you? Then you ask Jem, who else is coming? Jem says, it's a surprise.
