And he was talking about the distinction between motion, which is what I'm talking about, [laughs] right?
Like doing things that, that maybe are in preparation for us trying to accomplish something versus action, which is actually the step of producing a result.
And so I think we struggle sometimes separating the two of those organizationally and individually.
Um, but unpack a little bit further about what led you to bring this to us today.
And I didn't necessarily realize I had a problem, but I am doing a book study with one of our coaching groups.
