But one of the things that we've built this entire, uh, podcast on, and it is something that we have seen change organizations and change leaders, and it's why we do what we do, is the five levels of leadership, and it's really an influence model that both can be lived out individually, personally, but also organizationally.
We've operationalized the model for organizations to adapt it as their, as their culture, as their leadership language inside the organization.
So just really quick for those that maybe are new to joining us, didn't know the, the content behind where we're coming from.
The five levels is at level one, you gain influence with people because of a title, a position that you have.
Could be mom, dad, grandma, it could be manager, whatever the title is, volunteer leader.
