A man who did not get punished because he fled the jurisdiction with the rape victim's mother who sided with her own child's rapist and put her in front of a camera to tell the world that her daughter, who is running to be the next governor of Ohio, is a serial liar and spent $4 million to promote that despicable, vile video in which, again, the mother of a child who was raped by her own husband sided with the man who raped her child, helped him flee from justice, and as a consequence, lost custody of her children.
Well, the kind of person it takes to make that video and fund it so it's going to be on everybody's TV in Ohio is, of course, Vivek Ramaswamy, the Republican running against Democratic candidate for governor in Ohio, Amy Acton, who, by the way, is an exceptional human and an exceptional candidate who will be a phenomenal governor if Ohioans do the right thing.
The kind of people it takes to defend Ramaswamy, to agree with his premise that Amy Acton should just get over it, who agree that it's perfectly acceptable to use her own estranged mother against her.
Somebody recently referred to this as a $4 million in-kind contribution to Amy Acton's campaign, which is awesome.
But it is another way in which Donald is degrading our political discourse and indeed our country because he is 100% backing Ramaswamy's promoting this ad, having made this ad.
