Shauna Van MourikHostBecause how often do we hear just like on social media, in marketing, on TV, oh, take this hormonal supplement because we need to fix them and we need to, and all of this nonsense forever.
But for a healthy average individual, hormones are just a part of life and problem isn't the hormones themselves or the cycles that you go through within them.
I mean, you talked a lot about pregnancy and trying to start a family and that sort of idea.
And I think the main part of that that I want to kind of hunker in on, though, is the fact that you've got a goal and you're burnt out and you're stressed.
And it comes down to that hormonal imbalance and that trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
So in that space, like how would you, apply that to i mean for me i want to say marketing but i want to take it one step back how would you then apply that to just a work-life balance i say that very loosely yeah

totally i i think that's a great starting point and in essence what i noticed about business because i run three businesses so what i've noticed is that business is essentially like creating a human, right? We're making babies.

And we can think of all of these pieces as part of creation at the core of it.

And in the process of creation, you need specific things to happen in a specific way so that this manifestation can come into life form, right? so the correlation here is really that we are if we're filling or trying to create from this empty cup it makes a lot harder and we we realize that right like they're the all the all the women's um empowerment people that are like put your oxygen mask on first and all of that is true But I think that what is missing in this space is that, and I don't know about you, but like when I started in the business world, all of my coaches were like, oh, you just need to go hard, hustle harder, harder, harder, do more, do more, do more.
