Um, so today I'm going to encourage you all to not try to go viral, because that is the, that's the allure.
And so hopefully I'm gonna, um, uh, convince you that there are videos, these small-Hardworking videos that can actually be a game changer, uh, and help start rolling that snowball down for you.
Your support or your success team, or even you if you're a small company, you're probably answering the same 10 questions every week about something.
Your sup- if you have a support team, if you're in software, you- your support team is definitely answering the same question, um, 10 times a week.
And so my advice here is to take one repeated question and turn that into a video, and it'll earn its keep.
Um, it will answer a question that comes up all the time in o- in, in tickets, but this can also be for your people team, it could be for onboarding new employees.
Um, that video will also help feed the social beast, the content beast we all know that the algorithm provides when you provide it.
Um, and so you sh- you know, you have the social c- clips and, um, you have these assets that you can, um, use on social, but then you also have it in your help center or you have it in your onboarding documents.
So, and then the third, um, the third reason to do this is because it lets you walk before you run.
If you're just starting out with video or you want a grassroots video or you need to prove the value of video, you don't need to spend tens of thousands of dollars or tens of thousands of hours making this stuff.
