and today i'm going to show you why you cannot recruit your way out of this one and what people closest to the floor already know and that maybe your management team doesn't so let's start with the actual numbers because this is having some fun here with some facts and the concerns about physical safety so forty percent put it in their top three and sixteen percent ranked it number one the number one reason they may not consider manufacturing So both the highest of any barrier we tested.
