Jenny SchultzHostA remembering who you're actually not, because so much of the time in life we identify with the roles that we play.
Like when you ask me that question of, you know, who are you? Often what we'll say when somebody asks that question is, well, I am a mom.
We actually just freely give off that information of who we are and what we do or who we think we are.
And then what we realize is when we come to this work and we kind of wake up, we realize that actually none of that is who I am.
Because what happens when those things kind of strip away? And for me, I went through a really big identity death when I sold the business.
So if I believe that was what I was, that I was this business owner, that I was this successful entrepreneur, that I was this yoga teacher, what happens when those things are stripped away? Who am I without those things, you know? And so we go on this journey, not so much of who we are is always here.
That's unchanging, right? It's who we were before we came into this world, who we will continue to be.
So a big part of this work is it's not even work that you need to do, it's how do we untether from all of the illusions that we've been buying into through our conditioning that tells us that this is what we are and who we are in order to become and align with the who we actually came here to be and our divine soul mission assignment, because that's already here.
We just need to peel back the layers of illusion that's been cloaking that really.

The illusion, that word is so like masking and freeing at the same time, depending on what side of it you're on, right? If you can realize that so many things in your life are an illusion and And then you're able to shape that illusion to whatever you want it to be.

But then, so you're saying just to go beyond the illusion, you are going back behind the illusion to who you truly are in your essence.

So you're saying if you can get aligned with your soul's mission, then your manifestations and stuff like that, you said were all the icing on the cake, right? Yeah,

What do you think it takes for somebody to bring themselves back to that space? Because yeah, we label ourselves, we're carrying around so many labels, aren't we?
