So what do you say to the business owner? I work with a lot of business owners, 300 pounds, like big guys, they're just heavy.

And I've actually started working out with one of my clients in the office and he would lose 20 pounds and then he back up and down, up and down.

And when things are stressful at work, he starts eating more, right? And it's a hard cycle to move away.

But here's the thing is, I just think that You got to exercise now, build that routine right now.

And as you continue to grow, you're going to shoot your eyes on even going further in life.

And if you're just going to constantly be putting off exercise, you may never do it.

My personal opinion is that, yeah, the longer you wait and you put it to the side, you're telling yourself that there's other things more important than yourself, you know? And when you start creating that routine, especially the more successful you get, you start becoming, you start idolizing what's more important, which is money.

And I'm not saying that like you worship it, you know, I mean, obviously most successful men are taking, using it to take care of their mind, take care of their family and stuff like that, but they neglect themselves at the end.

And then when there's health related issues that can't get reversed, then it's almost like, yes, as a father, as a husband, you set your family up, but now you came in and enjoy the things that you built for them together as a family.
