She established one of the first environmental, social, and governance programs at Australian law firm, a special counsel at Clayton Utz, and transformed the Public Interest Law Clearing House into Justice Connect as CEO.
Fiona is currently chair of the Australian Communities Foundation and co-chair of Equality Australia.
In 2025, Fiona was awarded the IPAA Victoria Fellowship in recognition of her outstanding contribution and exemplary service in the Victorian public sector.
