Um, nationally, obviously, p- women can choose to birth in hospitals or at home.

So if the hospital provides community midwives, they can have a home birth with their community midwife, or they have the option of a self-employed community midwife who is an SECM, and they work under the guidance of the HSE.

And they're overseen by senior midwives within the maternity units around the hos- around the country.
