Not only that they want to get rid of two out of five black members of staff or three actually three out of five black members of staff even though we can teach sociology even though we're in the department even though we can do lots of other things no attempt to do any of those things just say look degree's gone you're gone job's gone etc we've been fighting against that it's been in the press it's been in the news it's been we had kimberly crenshaw came over made a statement that made the news you had got almost 10 000 people signed the petition now there's been lots and lots and lots and lots of Press around this, news around this.
