So we're gonna dive deep today, and we're gonna really be helping you with some of this inner conflict that you have that maybe has you spinning around and around.
So how often when somebody asks you, "What would you love?" do you say, "I don't know.
I don't know"? Or when you think about your dream, maybe you know what your dream is, and then you think about, "Well, what's one step I can take towards my dream?" You have a reflexive answer, which is, "I don't know.
I don't know what to do first.
I don't know.
I don't know." Th- that I don't know is not the truth.
It's a subconscious program that's keeping you from hearing what is already there.
Now, your soul, your soul is the sum total of you, your thoughts, your feelings, your past experiences.
Everything is in your soul, and your soul expresses itself through your energy field.
Your energy field is the manifestation of your soul, but it also is the chakras.
The energy centers are the organs of your soul.
So just like you have a heart that beats blood and, you know, does what it does, you have lungs that take care of your air, you have organs that help you with digestion, you have chakras.
You have energy centers that are responsible for, um, tracking and assimilating and digesting different information and storing a lot of that information there, and it is my personal belief that when you were born, the day you were born, and you took that first breath, you activated your internal system with whatever it is that you needed for this lifetime.
And so you came with a map.
It's called your energy field.
Now, I talk to all of the chakras when I'm working with my clients as well as talking to Mother Mary and doing all the other intuitive stuff I do, but I really focus on the energy centers because that tells us what's going on with you.
Now, what's keeping you from being able to know what your soul already knows? Well, here's an important thing to remember about your chakra system.
It's not a one-way system.
It's a two-way system, and what I mean by that is sometimes people think that your chakras are just taking in information, taking in information, but they're also generating information for you, right? It's giving you feedback.
So one of the ways it can do that is through physical symptoms, and I always say to my clients, "By the time you have a physical symptom, something has been in your energy field for a long time trying to get your attention." So by the time you have, ugh, you have that pain in your neck, or you have, you know, some weird thing going on with your eyes or, you know, whatever it might be, that means that whatever your soul has been wanting to communicate to you has been going on f- unnoticed for a really long time.
Now, that could be a physical thing, a mental thing, an emotional thing.
We don't always know.
This is why it's really important to-To talk to your chakras and learn how to listen to your energy field and have time for your soul.
And it's a skill that you can develop, but here's the truth.
