All right, my friend, so if you didn't listen to last week's episode, I highly encourage you to listen to last week's episode where I was talking about confidence and how important confidence is in manifestation, and how feeling confident is really, really important.
And so many people have shared with me that along with f- not feeling confident, the reason that they don't feel confident is because they have this underlying feeling of worthiness, "Who am I?" Now, sometimes it's sneaky, and it shows up in a practical way like, I don't have a certificate to do that, or I didn't go to school to do that, or I've not been doing it very long.
It sounds like, oh, I need more training and blah, blah, blah, whatever it might be, which is not at all true.
And then what I find is people end up with all kinds of degrees, all kinds of sh- certificates, and they still don't get their foot out the door because none of those things actually addresses what's going on in the inside.
In fact, can you right now think about some people in the world who are manifesting just fine, and you and I might not think that they're very worthy.
You and I might not even think very highly of these people, and yet there they are doing whatever they're doing and not thinking about this.
I used to think about this, and I would ask my spiritual teacher back when I lived in a spiritual community, and I would say, "How is it that criminals are able to be successful criminals? How is it that the universe doesn't stop people from being criminals?" And he said, "You're not understanding how it works." He said, "The universe is gonna meet you where you are with the beliefs that you have, and as long as you're working in harmony with the laws, things will work for you." And then he smiled and said, "But remember, there's also the law of karma.
So if people are doing things that are illegal, or they're hurting people or whatever, the law of karma always cleans that up.
Might not be in this lifetime, but nobody escapes the law of karma." And I was like, "Huh." So I said, "So you mean if that person, like, uses all their energy, and they really focus," which is one of the things we really need to do, "they don't have any crosscurrents, they don't have any mixed feelings about whatever they're about to do, they're not feeling guilty, they're not feeling worried, like, that energy will just go?" And he said, "Yeah, actually, that's what can happen, is somebody can be really good at that, and, you know, the energy will follow them until the law of karma catches up with them, and then that becomes a different story." Now, you and I don't have to worry about that because we're not criminals.
And every time you say, "I'm not good enough," the universe says, "Okay." When you say, "I'm not ready," the universe says Okay.
Okay, let's wait till we have more education." But when you start to say, "Wait a minute, the universe responds to me.
The universe is always responding to my energy, so if I start to be the master of my manifestations, if I start to own my own energy and I start to direct it in a very conscious way, and I start working in harmony with my subconscious mind, and I learn how to connect my super conscious mind and my own higher self, when I learn how to do that and then I say, 'Wait, I am ready,' " the universe is gonna say, "Okay." And if you say, "I'm more than worthy," the universe is gonna say, "I believe you." And things are going to start to shift.
The things that you actually need to be able to manifest, one is you need to understand how the universe works.
You need to understand how it works before you're gonna get any kind of consistent results.
So for example, and I talked about this last week, if you bought yourself a car and you don't know how to drive the car, you don't know...
