And what I will say that some really big things that I have learned this year about this whole identity side of things is we're always upgrading.

If it's moving into a new job, new relationships, making new friends, desiring new goals in your business, we're ultimately always changing.

But sometimes I think, and I have been in this for a long time, it should be really glamorous and fancy and expansive and fun.

But the reality is when you are actually committed to doing the work, to bettering yourself and This stuff can be really, really freaking uncomfortable.

It can be so deeply uncomfortable that you just want to throw in the towel and your previous life or your, you know, other people's lives who maybe aren't into bettering themselves as much seems so much easier.

So at the moment, as you know, if you've been listening and tuning in, I am deep in therapy and I guess my next evolution, my next big identity upgrade.

And there's been a few identity upgrades very quick in the last, I would say, eight, nine months.

We obviously moved to the Gold Coast at the end of the year, which was a huge, huge identity upgrade for me.

And then I had another one in probably the February where I actually closed a six-figure income stream in my business, which was my podcast coaching side of my business, all for this intuitive pull that I was actually here to do more in the, I guess, self-development, self-growth, spiritual identity space.

And although that is all unfolding probably a lot slower than I would love, I It's because I think this next upgrade is so much bigger than the last two that I had and it feels really sticky.

So today's episode is going to be about sharing a bit more insight into the actual like real life moments of these upgrades because all of them feel so different.

And I really want to remove any of the expectations, beliefs, thoughts that this process is actually meant to be easy or like I said, fun, because some of your biggest upgrades are going to be the most uncomfortable thing you move through.

But the difference between you and the person who's not going to do it is that you're going to keep moving despite the uncomfortable parts.

It is a lot of going back into, you know, old wounds, old patterns, really becoming aware.

of your patterns, your shadows, your subconscious beliefs that are ultimately holding you back.

And it is rewiring my entire, I guess, library inside, my whole operating system.
