i think we fared very well uh all things considered but i also want to thank our public works teams that went out afterwards and cleared the roads of all the fallen limbs and stuff like that they did a really good job and I think a lot of people didn't even notice we had storms come through in the middle of the night.

1:08

Yeah, we did have, yeah, you're right.

1:10

We definitely need to thank Public Works and any of our departments.

1:14

Of course, our EMA team always being on standby and ready for this, but all of our other departments that are also, I don't think we really had any like major power outages, but I think there were some.

1:25

I

Emily WilsonHost

1:25

know the lights kind of flickered at my house.

Emily WilsonHost

1:27

It kind of went off for a

1:30

And then my weather radio went off, which apparently I was the only

Emily WilsonHost

1:34

one with a weather radio

1:35

that went off because Chris also said that his didn't go off.

1:38

Yeah, mine went off for like, it just gave some sort of like tropical weather advisory or something.

1:43

I'm like, oh my gosh, I thought that was like a... something else going on it woke me up out of a deep sleep i'm like this is not fun anyways this is why you should get a weather radio because not because they go off randomly i think i just didn't know the settings online

Emily WilsonHost

1:57

but because they don't usually do that yeah they

2:00

will wake you up out of a deep sleep and that is what we need because people complain like you know i didn't hear the sirens it's like but yeah if you're in the middle you know of sleeping and you're indoors you're you're probably not going to hear the outside siren.

2:12

So you definitely need that weather radio.

2:14

Yes.

2:15

And then your phone isn't always going to go off because I know I'm a girly that like my phone goes off.

2:19

It goes off.

2:20

Do not disturb after 10 o'clock.

2:22

It's like from 10 to six.

2:23

Do not disturb.

2:24

Yeah.

2:25

If I missed you in there, sorry.

2:27

Here's your warning.
