Like literally half the market are going to renew their cover between now and the end of February.
The two biggest insurance companies, VHI and Leia, passed on more increases in October.
But I think what's really catching a lot of people out is that there are benefit reductions coming through now as well, especially for Leia customers.
So it's clearly outlined in their notice, but they're basically being told, look, you know, if you stay in the same plan, you will pay more for less cover.
So I think that's driving an awful lot of people now to basically start actively reviewing their cover, which they should do because there's 330-odd plans for them to choose from.
But for those people now listening, do not auto-renew because you could end up on the same plan, or sorry, paying more for the same plan, but actually have less cover.
