Curate to Scale: Karissa Noel on Marketing Foundations at Curated Studios

And, you know, I have kind of like a side type question here.

And I don't know if you guys get into this, but this is something that comes up, I think, to a lot of small business, especially solo entrepreneurs.

It's like, OK, I've got a website.

I have LinkedIn.

I may have Facebook.

I may have Instagram.

I may have X, blah, blah, blah.

That's a lot of work to manage all of these things.

And now Carissa is telling me, I need to be consistent across all these.

I'm just struggling to keep up with all of these.

How do you help clients with that kind of issue?

So, again, I go back to the client question.

I am shocked how many people pick platforms to invest a lot of time and energy on that their clients aren't even hanging out on.

Right, right.

So like this client that wants to reach these, you know, this older age bracket, they initially thought they should be on Instagram.

Right.

They're not on Instagram.

And so you're putting in all of this time and effort.

No wonder it's like you're missing the mark.

And so you go back to the clients of like, where are they showing up? And then let's focus on getting on those platforms and showing up really well.

I don't think you have to be on all of them.

I think you pick two, maybe three max and do those super, super well.

Even just one.

Doing one really effectively, if that's where your clients really are, is going to drive the needle much further than you trying to do it on all of the platforms.

Right.
