And the thing that really struck me that this lecturer said was that we all have a unique set of strengths.

Those of us who are told we are too quiet or not confident enough, those people's strengths tend to be great listening skills.

But actually, many things that we think are a weakness can be flipped into a strength.

So what I mean by shadow, this is something that Carl Jung, sort of a theory that he developed is that we all have shadows.

So it also kind of relates to the law of polarity, like when there is good, there has to be bad, bad in inverted commas.

So the same trait can look completely different depending on the person, depending on how balanced they are.

So let's just take a look at some weaknesses, perceived weaknesses, and maybe sort of like flip them and look at how they might become a strength.
