Let me know what you loved about the episode! We all have beliefs about ourselves. I'm not confident enough to... My opinion doesn't get listened…
Lisa DavidgeHost
We talked about how the things we believe ours- about ourselves, they're not usually facts.

They can be conclusions, um, or assumptions that we have come to somewhere along the way, things that we've learned through our experiences, relationships, the things people have said to us, and often just the meaning we've made from what has happened in our lives.

And I left you with a question: where did you learn that about yourself? So once you've started to recognize one of these beliefs, there is another question I want you to ask, and it's a really important one, and that is: what is that belief costing you? Because a limiting belief isn't just a thought that sits in your head, um, consciously or subconsciously, and I will kind of gonna come to that in a different episode.

It can inform the decisions you, you make, the things you say yes to, the things you say no to, the opportunities that you take, the opportunities that you avoid, the relationships that you stay in, and sometimes even the life you believe is available to you.
