So basically choosing the right exercise for your body, for your goals, and how it is best for you, and how to optimize your muscle gains with this.
So exercise selection is one of those things where when you first... learn or you first start working out it's pretty confusing there's so many exercise out there and you're like okay how do i structure this all together to make it the best for you now also at the same time it's like okay everybody's body's slightly different so we might a have longer limbs and we might be better in some patterns we also be might feel better mind loss connection in some other exercise as well now it's like can we skip out for example just squats pretty pretty much all together it's like now i'll just find like a different squat variation if you really don't feel that itself and also like injuries do play a role now aaron for example used to bench lots on the barbells.
Aaron's reasons because he got injured, and Aaron could definitely bench lots because he did like three plates or 15 reps before, right?

yes it's crazy so but it's now it's like okay he injured his back and definitely needs to work around that so he doesn't injure himself anymore and he also does like cable flies first thing is work up for him specifically so now it's like okay now he can warm up his shoulders he can warm his chest muscles before getting into his exercise so he prevents injury prevention so we're really gonna dive into this Now, what we're going to cover today is basically four parts to it.
Now, obviously we as coaches, we do that for you, but just for your knowledge itself, it's like learning the Ys and Xs and Os is definitely very helpful.
