Let's start with the, so quite a big question, really, that I just want to break it down again, like I said, about the Wegovy tablets.

Now, obviously, weight loss jabs and tablets are absolutely everywhere at the moment.

And I just think it's so important to go back to the basics because there's so many different names for everything as well.

You've got GLP-1s, you've got Wegovy, Monjaro, Zempic, Semiglutide, Tear, Zepatide.

it's a hormone that we actually already have in our bodies so when we eat food our gut releases hormones and they basically send messages to our brain and the rest of our body to say um we've eaten something there is food in our system everybody there's food in our system and we're getting full now we need to manage our blood sugar and that sort of messaging basically and glp-1 is one of those hormones that does that so the drugs basically mimic those signals And they make them last longer than our natural GLP-1 does.

And for some people, as a consequence, they reduce what's become known as food noise.

So constantly thinking about food, wondering what you're going to eat next, wondering what you're having for dinner, feeling like you're in that constant battle with your appetite.

You're basically losing weight because you're taking in less energy than your body needs.

So some people genuinely, you know, experience hunger more than others and more food drive than other people do.
