So Lauren, if your business were to grab you and take you to couples therapy, either now or anytime, you know, in your business history, what do you think it will be all about?

One of the biggest tips I got early on in business, probably like within the first six to eight months was like, your business is actually a person too.

When you start thinking of her that way, you start shifting how you show up and how you treat.

So I thought that that was one of the biggest like unlocks for me early on in business.

And I thought it would be helpful to share here as well, because you don't really consider it to have its own sense of life and how you want it to be.

But when you think about it as potentially a persona, I just think it's so helpful.

How did that change how you behaved, how you actually interacted with your business?

Well, I mean, full transparency, you know, I've been in business for about five and a half years for myself.

It's been a journey, as you know, business kind of brings out all of the pieces of you from a personal perspective.

I've also been juggling like a full-time role in the technology space, which is what I love about, you know, our commonalities here.

And so treating her kind of as the side hustle that she was, was like, she always came last.

So- Now that that has all shifted for me recently, and we could spend way longer than 10 minutes talking about that here today.

You know, treating her like the growing empire I desire her to be requires me to show up for her differently.
