And I feel like what those two pieces of advice have in common is kind of conversation.

It also requires for you to be open enough and vulnerable enough, first and foremost, with yourself to allow it to happen and to be able to receive that, to really be able to hear what people are saying, right? And asking ourselves questions is something I feel a lot of times we run away from because we're afraid what we're going to find out.

It's been a lot of like breaking things in my business, taking things away, letting go of different team members.

So for me, it's something that I'm excited because then I get to go into like the winter break with all of these ideas and, you know, I get to finish all of the final things with my 2026 planning, which again, I'm doing in a community.

that I can then sort of reflect by myself, right? So both aspects, you get the community conversation, and then I get to reinforce all of my own thoughts and reflections internally

Yeah, you can take the community aspect into like your own introspection and kind of percolate on it and hear like from yourself, like what feels good, what resonates, what resonates, but maybe less or not for now.

And this really goes with what you said, like, there's so much, I feel like a lot of time shame or like, oh, but I already decided, I already built my business this certain specific way.

Like we change, the world changes and what's right for one season might not be right for another season.
