But man, have your offices and your staff and your offerings grown so much over the 10 years or so that you and I have been doing this show.

Yeah, when I look at my career, I think I can break it down into 10-year segments.

We always did a lot of cosmetic, but it was probably equal amount of reconstructive and insurance-type work.

And I was just really building my practice and building my reputation in the community and getting comfortable with all the facets of what I did.

And so as those 10 years were evolving, I was doing some extra training in cosmetic and developing some new techniques.

And at that 10-year mark, I realized if I really want to do cosmetic surgery the right way, you have to kind of dedicate yourself to it.

So at that point is when I left a group practice and started my own practice.

So it's really been the last 20 years that I've really built the cosmetic practice.

And again, for the first 10 years there, you were building out the infrastructure, so to speak.

And then really, the last 10 years was really the key to the growth of Azul, where I recognized that, hey, this is going really well.

To take this to the next level and to have a legacy practice that'll carry on beyond my career, I need to bring in other providers.

And those are the 10 years you and I have been together where we've really Been able to grow with the addition of Dr. Yi and now Dr. Verrico and Dr. Bachman.

We have some great, you know, cosmetic surgeons in the practice who are going to have long and very successful careers.

And then our nurse practitioners, you know, so many of them, Devin, Joni, Britton.

And then Andrea, too, who's one of our newer injectors who kind of rotates between Naples and Fort Myers.

So You know, it's been sort of broken down into those three years, but really the last 10 years has been when we've really focused on growing a really regional cosmetic practice with offices from, you know, Naples to Sarasota, including Cape Coral, Bonita, and Fort Myers.

And then building our own surgical center, which has really been a game changer because now we have four surgeons in the practice.
