We know that women are about twice as likely to have insomnia as compared to men.

Women do have sleep apnea, but unfortunately, many women just are not diagnosed because it's perceived as a male condition.

Being in a high quality marriage, that predicts better cardiovascular outcomes.

So it was really about the quality of the relationship that matters for women.
