Bengals vs. Buccaneers: Week 1 Predictions!

So my prediction is that the Bengals will beat the Buccaneers in Week 1.

I have them winning 27-24 off of a field goal.

And the betting odds have them around three-point favorite with the money line sitting at around minus 200, and the over-under at about 50.5.

So on par with what my prediction is, but...

I really think for the Bengals, I talked about in a video earlier today, how they've struggled in week one.

So I don't think it's going to be an offensive explosion or anything.

But I think with the way that Joe Burrow has talked this offseason, the way he's demanded urgency, the way that he's brought along all of everybody in, hey, our mindset this year is... to go as far as possible.

You have to have a fast start.

And so I think the Bengals see that.

They're going to be ready.

It's at home.

It's an orange out.

The stadium's going to be pumped.

It's going to be loud.

And I think the Bengals are going to come to play.

I think with the under center...

I think that's going to open up Chase Brown in the run game to be more efficient.

I think the offensive line coming off of how they ended last year is going to be improved against a pretty good Bucs defensive front.

And then I think on defense, you know, having all these guys that I've talked about for a million videos now, Dexter Lawrence, Bowie Moffay, Jonathan Allen, Brian Cook, they all immediately just raise the floor, at least, of the defense.

And so they're going to come in making a bunch of plays, But it's not going to be easy.

The Bucs are a good team.

They're a tough team.

They have, you know, Baker Mayfield I don't think has lost a season opener with the Bucs, I believe.

but he's obviously a great quarterback.

Emeka Gbuka's playing, so they have a lot of their weapons healthy.
