So I'm so interested in that style of mortgage business, because typically our members and our clients that are we're 100 percent referral based.

So what would a day like that be? Like how many people would you talk to? What would that look like?

I mean, I don't know.

That was in 2009.

Now my business is 100% referral.

But back then when I started, and I don't remember, I mean, I mean, and that was back in the day when like, yeah, a lot of the numbers didn't work.

If somebody did answer, they were in bankruptcy or foreclosure.

They had no equity.

I mean, I, so I will say my first month on the floor.

So I got hired in May.

My first month was like June or July.

I closed four deals from that list.

And people were like coming up to me and they were like, where did you get your deals from? You're brand new.

And I was like, my list, the list they gave me.

And they're like, well, where are these lists? And I'm like, no, they're my list.

I'm not letting you have my list.

So all of these like senior loan officers were like, where are you getting your business from? I'm like, I'm literally just sitting here calling.

But I mean, I was calling all day.

So it was very like, you know, tedious and boring.

So that was my entry into mortgages.

So I love cold calling.

I'm one of the weird people that I'm like, give me the list.

I'll call them.
